James Archer
Director
James founded Archer Building Consultancy in 2007, with a vision to provide specialist professional advice and services to the educational sector. 16 years and hundreds of projects later, he remains true to his ethos of creating a business providing best value in terms of professional fees and overall project costs.
Gary McCarthy
Projects Manager
Gary has been with us over five years and has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. He is experienced in both the contractor and consultant sides of construction and as such is an expert in his field. He provides a great level of support to his clients and always ensures that the contractor carries out any works to the highest standard.
Natalia Carvalho
Architectural CAD Technician
Having qualified as an Architect in Portugal, Natalia moved to England 2018 to further pursue her career in Architecture. She specialises in the design element of our projects, creating all of our drawings also.
Emily Tydeman
PA to the Director
Emily is an experienced PA, who provides comprehensive support to our Director James, but also daily administrative support to the rest of the surveyors. She is positive and well organised and is excellent at building client relationships.
